When do I pay?

Payment is required when you submit your booking form to confirm and finalise your registration. Your booking will only be secured once full payment has been received. After payment has been successfully processed, you will receive confirmation of your registration.
Do you offer group discounts?
- Yes. For organisations booking more than 10 seats, please mention this in the "Additional Info" section so we can provide a tailored quote.
Can these be done on-site?

Absolutely. Our 2-day workshops and management training sessions can be facilitated at your premises or a chosen venue.
