About OMHA

OMHA is a South African non-profit company working to help individuals and organisations build mentally healthy lives and workplaces. Nothing on this site is a substitute for that broader work, and using the site doesn’t create a client, employment, or professional relationship with us.

Donations made through this site are processed via PayFast (for card and instant EFT payments) or by direct bank transfer.
