About OMHA

OMHA is a South African non-profit company working to help individuals and organisations build mentally healthy lives and workplaces. Nothing on this site is a substitute for that broader work, and using the site doesn’t create a client, employment, or professional relationship with us.

Not medical advice

The content on this site, including anything under News & Resources or our services pages, is provided for general informational purposes only and doesn’t constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you’re experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional, your nearest emergency service, or a crisis helpline directly rather than relying on this website.
